Please read the following terms thoroughly before placing an order with Pet wee AWAY.
1. These Terms
1.1 In these Terms "Goods/Order(s)" means all goods sold by Us to You. "We/Us/Our" means Pet Wee AWAY and "You/Your/Customer(s)" means the person purchasing the Goods.
1.2 These Terms are the only terms on which We sell goods. Our representatives or staff are not authorised to agree any other terms to vary these Terms.
1.3 These Terms supersede any previous terms between You and Us (whether verbal or written).
1.4 We reserve the right to suspend delivery in the event that circumstances arise which in Our view, oblige Us to do so, or in the event that Your account in not paid in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right the reduce or cancel Orders in the event of non-payment, shortage of stocks or for any other reason to execute a delivery wholly or in part and to make reasonable alterations to products and/or packaging as circumstances may demand. We will not be liable for costs, damages, losses or expenses of any nature resulting from part delivery, suspension of delivery, reduction or cancellation of Orders.
2. Prices
2.1 We reserve the right to refuse orders.
2.2 Full payment for Goods is to be made at point of delivery. Credit/Debit card payment will be processed the same day as delivery is made. Goods will not be left without full payment being honoured.
2.3 All prices shown are VAT inclusive.
2.4 If You have been charged an incorrect price, We reserve the right the rectify Your sales invoice provided only that any claim in respect of incorrect prices is brought to Our attention no later than seven working days from the date of sales invoice.
2.5 Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
2.6 Please refer to the current catalogue for price validity periods.
2.7 There is no minimum order value.
3. Delivery
3.1 All delivery dates quoted or agreed by Us are estimates only.
3.2 Delivery is charged at £3.99 for orders UPTO £150 and is carriage free for orders £150.00 or over.
3.3 All goods should be examined upon delivery prior to being signed for.
3.4 We reserve the right to provide substitute Goods due to stock shortages, however You are entitled to return these Goods at no charge for a full refund should the substitutions not be acceptable.
3.5 We aim to deliver Your Order within seven days from receipt of order, however, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000; som e Orders may be despatched up to thirty days from receipt of Order. You will be notified of any stock shortages within this timeframe and alternate Goods or full product refund offered.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 If Goods have NOT been delivered - You are e ntitled to cancel your Order up to fourteen days from Order date by telephoning 0800 093 9973 or emailing info@petweeaway.co.uk.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 If Goods HAVE been delivered - In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Customers are entitled to request a return of unused Goods within seven days from delivery date. This is the ‘Cooling-off period'. Pet Shopping Direct will waiver the cost of the return provided that Goods are in original packaging, and unused. We will arrange for a collection of the Goods within fourteen days. Refunds will be issued within thirty days from the date the return was requested.
5.2 In the event that upon delivery You discover damaged Goods, Goods that appear to have been tampered with, short or incorrect delivery, We will arrange for a collection of such Goods. The annotations or alterations should be noted and agreed with Us. Upon receipt and checking of returns a full refund will be issued within thirty days. Damaged Goods must be returned in their original packaging. All cages and tanks must be checked at the time of delivery.
5.3 Goods delivered which are past their "sell by", "best before", "use by" or similar date may be returned at no charge for a full refund within thirty days. Customers are required to check the "sell by", "best before, "use by" or similar date upon delivery.
6. Payment & Security
6.1 We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. Credit/Debit card payment is processed via Our secure terminal, We may occasionally request further details including information relative to Your card-issuing bank.
7. Data Protection
7.1 In accordance with the Data Protection Act, Your details remain private and will not be passed on to third parties.
8. Warranties and Liabilities
8.1 Nothing in these Terms shall affect Our implied undertakings given to You under s12 Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Your statutory rights under the Agriculture Act 1970.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability We may have under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
8.3 All Goods are warranted by Us on delivery to comply with all the relevant UK food laws from time to time in force. No warranty is given that the Goods comply with food and other relevant legislation or do not infringe third party rights outside the UK. We warrant that the G oods are sold with good title and comply with Our description and specification of them.
8.4 Our liability to You under or in any way related to the sale and purchase of Goods or otherwise whether involving Our negligence or not shall only extend to giving an appropriate credit for or repayment of the price paid by You for defective Goods.
8.5 We reserve the right to recall any products without prior notice in accordance with the General Product Safety Regulations 1994.

9.1 We are committed to providing a high level of service if however You have a complaint about Our products or level of service, call 0800 093 9973 or write to Pet Wee AWAY, PO Box 61, Llandudno, LL32 8ZB. We will endeavour to resolve Your complaint within thirty days.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 Not withstanding any other condition We shall have no liability whatsoever under or in any way related to the sale and purchase of the Goods otherwise (whether in contract, tort (including without limiting negligence) or by way of statutory duty) for any failure to fulfil any obligation hereunder if and to the extent that such fulfilment is prevented by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control.
11. Law
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
